* Customer Service – we are very proud of the level of service our customer service representatives (CSR’s) provide to our partner clients. Your publication becomes their project, and it’s given whatever care and feeding is needed to assure it will be completed as promised. We maintain CSR coverage from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. and, due to the size of your account, we will have two representatives assigned for continuous coverage. Nobody does it better than a Gannett Offset CSR.

* Pre-press – our Purup-Eskofot DMX 3141 CTP system will be operational in a matter of days. We are capable of working with Quark, PageMaker, Freehand, Adobe PDF and a whole host of other software and file applications. We can accept your files in a wide range of media including electronically via FTP. We are happy to work with the format you are comfortable with and confident using. We also provide traditional stripping, scanning and film output services.

* Printing – our pressroom is equipped with the previously mentioned MAN Roland Uniset 70 press, as well as four heatset full web presses, that all deliver outstanding imaging that will give your publications the high-quality look they deserve. In addition we have sheetfed presses for shorter runs and Didde mini-webs for insert and customer response cards and other smaller format applications.

* Bindery – our finishing area is fully equipped and includes three stitchers for flexibility in scheduling and the ability to turn your project very quickly if time frames require. We also have cutting, folding, tipping and poly-bagging capabilities.

* Addressing/labeling – in-line inkjet or Cheshire labeling are available on our stitching and poly-bagging equipment, along with off-line inkjet or Cheshire labeling for those pieces which do not stitch or poly-bag.

* Mailing - Our mailing capacity is robust averaging approximately 3.5 million pieces mailed per month. We attend national Postal Forums, are a member of the Postal Customer Council and have a solid relationship with Twin Cities area postal personnel that goes back many years. We know mailing, and how to make the system work for the benefit of our customers.

* Location – we are conveniently located just minutes from your headquarters in Maple Grove which makes it convenient and easy for press checks, proofing and contact with Gannett Offset personnel.
