Obviously we don’t totally understand all the aspects and nuances of the PIA process as currently executed. After our meeting on September 13^th, however, we hope to be completely familiar with all aspects and positioned to make recommendations that may save members of the newspaper group time, effort and money. * Providing accurate reports of mailing activity and quality confirmation

* Systems supported by highly skilled analysts and programmers

* More efficient communication utilizing Gannett network resources

* Capability of conducting coordinated insert programs to expand local marketing efforts
