Telematch accepts a wide variety of input formats on many types of media. Although we will do our best to accommodate most files, the following is a brief list of standard minimum specs. Files arriving in accordance with the specs below will allow us to process your project quickly and easily.

  • Labels: standard IBM label or unlabeled

These files can be sent uncompressed or compressed using PKWare’s PKzip or WinZip.  Please attach a file layout with each file sent .

File Transfer Protocol (FTP)

Customers are assigned a secure directory in which to upload their files with a password for accessing this site.  Please call your Business Development Specialist to set up your account on your first transmission.

Modem Transfers

  • Electronically send and receive files via high-speed (33.6) modem.

Call your Business Development Specialist to set up your user name and password for first time use.

E-Mail

  • Files 1 MEG (1024kb) can be sent to your e-mail address, all others need to use the FTP (file transfer protocol)
