The money you can earn for successfully referring candidates for selected programming positions ranges from $1,000 to $2,500 and is
paid after the successful candidate completes 90 days of employment. You can share the rewards or donate the money you earn to charity.
All positions require a college degree or equivalent work experience, varying levels of Unix, Microsoft, Cobol, and “C” programming
experience required.
