Under the direction of the Distribution Manager, the Distribution Center Operator is responsible for operating all required Distribution
Center equipment, preventive maintenance, and meeting customer specifications/requirements for a given product.
This position must operate both on line and off line inkjetting, and troubleshoot and make repairs in a timely manner.
The DC Operator will set up and follow preventive maintenance schedules as well as oversee the product during current production .
Minimum Requirements
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
A minimum of four years experience in newspaper distribution or mailroom is required with a background in insert and bindery operation. Previous experience on Heidleberg or Mueller equipment is preferred.
