Summary of Responsibilities

Effectively and efficiently communicate with internal and external customers.  Accurately open and write job tickets based on specification from sales, estimates, outside vendors and client.

Accurately determine if production has all necessary material and/or information to complete the job. Provide sales support to sales staff.  Efficiently close jobs for billing and accuracy, write billing summary reports. Central Customer contact.

Minimum Requirements

Handling of graphics and/or print projects.  College education and/or 3 - 5 years experience
