Summary of Responsibilities

In-house Customer Service Representative for coordinating the manufacture and distribution of commercial jobs. Prepare and issue job acknowledgements, print orders, distribution lists, labels and invoices for all commercial jobs.

Process all incoming and outgoing materials for prepress department, including possible pickup and delivery of those materials. Answer all customer needs or complaints. Must work with Sales Executive, customers, supervisors and managers comfortably.

Minimum Requirements

Past experience in customer service and printing preferred. Familiar with Excel Word; good coordinating and organizational skills, detail oriented.  Must possess good verbal and written communication skills.  Must be flexible and to work independently
