Summary of Responsibilities

Basic knowledge of the EIS Call Processing System.  Knowledge of reporting system, including Agent Hours Report, and Agent Hours by Campaign Report.  Knowledge of management technique and ability to effectively supervise and

manage Call Center Representatives.  Knowledge of Advanced telefundraising techniques and ability to demonstrate and execute those techniques as needed on the calling floor.

Minimum Requirements

College degree or equivalent is required.  Previous supervisory experience helpful
