Summary of Responsibilities

Under the general direction of the Regional Manager, the Telemarketing Manager performs a wide range of complex administrative functions to ensure hours and revenue goals are achieved while delivering sales per hour and cost per hour ratios as mandated by

client performance objectives. Oversees all functions of the telemarketing staff for a 24-32 seat call center. Uses independent judgement within framework of established objectives affecting total center performance and goals.

Minimum Requirements

A degree in Business or related field and 2-4 years progressively responsible business experience of which 1 year is in a supervisory and planning capacity with P & L responsibility or compatible combination of education and experience.
