Responsible for writing and analyzing job specifications based on client requests.
In addition, this position will also evaluate feasibility, cost and time requirements, design programs to meet clients' needs using creative solutions.
Will work with Telematch technical staff and support personnel to clarify program intent, identify problems and suggest changes. Will consult
with clients to resolve problems and provide technical assistance when necessary.
Minimum Requirements
College degree or equivalent work experience, 4-5 years specific experience with data processing including application programming.
Intermediate Unix knowledge and in-depth C/C++ knowledge. Should have established customer service background.
