Summary of Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Payroll Manager, the Coordinator is responsible for coordinating employee payroll changes for the bi-weekly and monthly pay cycles.  Administer and analyze the time and attendance system activity.

Provide reports and reconciliations as required.

Minimum Requirements

2 years experience in a computerized payroll department plus database and Excel experience or compatible spreadsheet and database experience required.  College degree a plus.

Salary Range

Grade 7
