Summary of Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Accounting Manager, the Staff Accountant prepares journal entries, bank reconciliations, account analysis and reconciliations that include inter-company reconciliations and general ledger maintenance.

Routinely assists in the accounts payable area as well as with the preparation of monthly financial reports and the annual budget process. Responsible for cash management duties and fixed assets maintenance and reporting.

Minimum Requirements

College degree in Business/Accounting plus two years of direct experience in an automated accounting environment, or equivalent work experience equal to 5 - 6 years.

Salary Range

Grade 19

Work Schedule

M-F 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
