Summary of Responsibilities

Communicate with internal and external customers. Write job tickets based on specifications from sales, estimates, outside vendors and clients. Determine if production has all necessary material and/or information to complete jobs.

Provide sales support to the sales staff such as reviewing proofs with customers. Close jobs for billing and write billing summary reports. Central customer contact for all communications between the Graphics, Printing, Bindery, and Mailing departments.

Minimum Requirements

College education and/or 3-5 years experience handling graphics and/or print projects.
